We have bought 3 cars from this dealer over the past year. We are extremely happy with the service both before and after the sale. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate their cu year. We are extremely happy with the service both before and after the sale. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate their customers. The last two cars we bought we did not intend to buy. My daughter had bought a new Mustang from Rich and had (in my opinion) taken it to another dealership that was not as good as Rich but was local to where she lived. Needless to say the other dealership totally messed the car up so bad that FORD decided to take the car back. Rich Ford stepped up to help her out and impressed me so much that I decided to buy a $50,000 FORD FLEX (Great car by the way) as well as replacing her Mustang with an Explorer. I will now drive the extra 185 miles from our home to have Rich Ford work on my car than trust our local dealer. BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! More

The helpfulness of my sales representative, David Chavez, in making sure I had exactly the car I wanted at a price that was right for my budget, was outstanding. I can be very demanding and David never once in making sure I had exactly the car I wanted at a price that was right for my budget, was outstanding. I can be very demanding and David never once showed any signs of being irritated by that and remained patient throughout the entire process which actually, with me, was 3 visits to the lot and 3 visits with David to get what I wanted. David continues to follow up with me to be sure everything is right with the car. More

Marc Almager has sold me my last two vehicles. Both Ford F150's. I will buy my next Ford from Marc Almager. Great dealer. Honest and knowledgeable. Never pushy. Marc tells you like it is so when going through the finance part of the transaction, there are no hidden surprises. Marc shows great enthusiasm for Ford products. I have purchased many vehicles in the past (at least 11) never using the same dealership twice due to service and the pushy sales man mentality until my latest purchase. I believe in service and show loyalty when service is as it should be. Marc Alamager has gained my trust. As we all know, the dealership is only as good as the dealer selling the vehicles. I had the worst experience at rich ford not only they gave me horrible customer service, after I decided to buy a truck I traded my car in and they lied to my face they said cause it had a bad car FAX th gave me horrible customer service, after I decided to buy a truck I traded my car in and they lied to my face they said cause it had a bad car FAX they would only give me a certain amount cause they couldn't sell it on there lot and they would take it to auction but after i got the new truck I saw the car for sale on the lot for double what they gave me! So that was just the start of my horrendous experience. I had to take my truck back up to the dealership 4 separate times to get things fixed on it within 10 days using alot of gas to get back and forth that they never reimbursed me for. The last time i had to go up there was because I had to change a tire on the truck one of the tires they said were new (that was a lie) anyway when I went to change the tire I had no jack or anything else to change it. So I called them they said to come up and they would give me a new jack and setup plus they would fill my tank up, so I got up there waited a hour to get my jack than they took my truck to fill the tank up and when they got back the salesperson was like sorry I could only put a couple gallons of gas in! Overall I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER SHOP OR RECOMMENDED RICH FORD ANYONE EVER AGAIN More

Went to purchase a vehicle using the Ford Company Disabled Veterans"X"Plan. Was strongly pushed away from that program and hustled into a used truck that I did not want. Cancelled the "deal" with adv Disabled Veterans"X"Plan. Was strongly pushed away from that program and hustled into a used truck that I did not want. Cancelled the "deal" with advice of a very knowledgable Ford product buyer. Finance guy got very upset that I didn't want the used truck. Got a new sales rep,Al Padilla, things changed dramatically for the better. Got a new Finance guy, things got better. Ended up with a very nice used 2010 Focus at a much lower down, lower monthly etc. Later I needed to speak to finance re my loan. Left several calls, none returned. Tried the After Sales tech,"Becky",phone tag, never did get ahold of her. Left msg for President Dennis Snyder, no return calls. Only guy to call back was Al. There was no after sales vehicle indoctrination or training or familiarization. No after sales follow up or "satisfaction" call. No customer satisfaction survey sent. Once the deal was signed and they had their money, I was out the door and out of mind. Zero dealership interest in customer satisfaction. The customer is a contract and nothing more. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW/USED FORD PRODUCT. More

Nathan Deterding went above and beyond expectations in knowledge, service, support, attitude, and hard work! He even stayed late one night, just to help us hook up our trailer, and on another occasion to knowledge, service, support, attitude, and hard work! He even stayed late one night, just to help us hook up our trailer, and on another occasion took 2 hours on a Saturday to help us test drive on 9-mile hauling our trailer.
