While Dennis was not there the first time we dropped by, he came in when we came back the second time during the day. Vince by that time had introduced himself, asked us what we were interested in and started gathering prices, details and then proceeded to show us cars that fit into our desires. By the time we discussed options and pricing, we came to the conclusion that the Ford Taurus was the best value for our money. We had absolutley NO PRESSURE from Vince, Dennis or anyone else as to which car to buy or that we HAD to buy a car at that moment...very refreshing in times where we are all feeling the crunch of the economy. My husband can be quite irritating when making deals but Vince, Dennis, James and all the other sales associates we came in contact with handled him with a sense of humor and gave it right back to him. Thanks guys! It made my day just wonderful. We got the car we wanted, at a price we can afford and all with a smile, a firm handshake and a genuine appreication of our business. And even though I'm pretty techy, Vince programed our phones, downloaded our phonebooks, and showed us all the features of the SYNC system in a matter of minutes. Much better experience when we had our Prius and asked the Toyota guys to fix the programming....they had no idea how to do it. I know great customer service and Rich Ford has it! More
