I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from. Every time I have to take my van in (except oil changes which they do quickly and efficiently)It has been a disaster. Their work is mediocre, frequently taking a couple of attempts to fix relatively simple problems their scheduling is abysmal. My van has spent weeks sitting in their back lot either waiting for parts, which they never seem to have in stock, or waiting "in line" to get in for service. Making an appointment has no effect on the process whatsoever; the van just goes to the end of the line as if I had brought it in unannounced. They have broken parts while working on other things and didn't fix them or even tell me about it. Their office people are polite but can't be very helpful in a system that seems designed to irritate customers. More

Maria was very helpful when I first brought the car in at 7:00 a.m. the driver took me home I don't know his name but he was very courteous to all five of us. I had gone to Power Ford initially to look at a 2021 Ford F150 XLT sport 4 x 4 that had just arrived. They said that I would expect to pay MSRP plus an additional $1800 non-negotiable “dealer adjustment” mar F150 XLT sport 4 x 4 that had just arrived. They said that I would expect to pay MSRP plus an additional $1800 non-negotiable “dealer adjustment” mark up. They said due to the global microchip shortage and it’s effect on incoming inventory, they knew that somebody would buy the truck no matter what, so they can stand firm on their pricing. That didn’t sit well with me, so I went to Rich Ford to look at an almost identical truck (only difference was the wheels) that they had just gotten in (truck hadn’t even been through PDI yet). When I arrived a Rich Ford, I was met by Patrick Smith Junior. I told him what I wanted and we were able to make a great deal on the truck. I also received a great price on my trade in. The only hiccup during the process was that since they had just gotten the truck in, I had to wait a few hours for it to be inspected and readied for delivery. I did not mind waiting though. They let me take my trade-in for one final ride to run some errands while they got the truck ready. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase at Rich Ford. Patrick was awesome to work with and the whole process was streamlined. And while it might not matter to other dealerships in town how they deal with their customers during this microchip shortage, they need to realize it won’t last forever. As such, I will now only deal with Rich Ford. More
