I was in Cheyenne Wyoming and went to the Ford Dealership for service. They had no Idea what might be wrong and couldn't work on it for 3 weeks. Not wanting to be stuck here that long, I called Rich Ford, for service. They had no Idea what might be wrong and couldn't work on it for 3 weeks. Not wanting to be stuck here that long, I called Rich Ford, my dealership, and talked to Jeremy who is very knowledgeable, explained succinctly what could be (and probably is) wrong, suggested what to try, gave me his cell number to call anytime if not working, and thought we could continue to drive under certain circumstances. We have never been disappointed with Rich Ford and they, once again, came through for us! Thank-you Jeremy. More

I bought a used VW Touareg from Rich Ford and was promised that they would reimburse me for a broken tire sensor pressure indicator. However, I both had a blowout due to this not working and then wh promised that they would reimburse me for a broken tire sensor pressure indicator. However, I both had a blowout due to this not working and then when I got it replaced by VW for $253, the manager said I would reimbursed as promised by sales person, Aaron Warden, but then, after several emails, he stopped responding and never reimbursed me. I have tried every way to get this corrected, but they do not seem to care about the promises made by their sales people. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. More

We went in today trying to make a spare set of keys work. The Service agent took our keys and within an hour or so he had the extra set working. There was no charge.
