Dylan Williams is Professional & Patient with lack of parts availability. He continued to update me as to when the A.B.S. HCU & Electric Control would arrive. My 2011 Ford Edge was initially driven to Rich Ford on April 05, 21. He called and texted me twice weekly on updates. Jacob Garcia,(parts dept.) kept Dylan informed. Mark Martinez did an Outstanding job on the install of the HCU and programing the new control. Mr. Williams should be Rewarded by Rich Ford Management for Diligence and Courtesy. Have bought two Supercab F-150s there in the last decade and the first one was excellent--no problems except routine maintenance; the second I still drive. I made an appointment for the recalls on my vehicle to be fixed which is what I was told I needed to do for the Shifter cable bushings and the door latches. I was told if I had the car there before 9:00 am i fixed which is what I was told I needed to do for the Shifter cable bushings and the door latches. I was told if I had the car there before 9:00 am it would be out at 5:00 I had it there before 9:00am. I called at 4:00 for the status because I did not receive a call before that. I had to leave a voicemail. I received a voicemail back saying that they were not able to get to my car and if I needed it back to call back. Of course I need my car that was a ridiculous statement. I called several times received voicemail so I called the main number and no one answered as well. I was told they had a backload of recalls and that was the reason that they could not get to my car that day. I have a baby so it is not very convenient to bring my vehicle in the first place I had to make arrangements to do that, and then to have my vehicle sit there all day and not fixed is inexcusable! If I had received a call earlier in the day I would have understood but the fact that it sat there all day and then I have to call for a status in unacceptable, and rude. I was without my vehicle all day for nothing and I do not appreciate the service that I received at all. I feel like my car did not matter and the vehicles that make money for the dealership will be taken first, recalls they do not make money so therefore my vehicle was not a priority. With everything going on customer service should be above and beyond and the customer service that I received was beyond poor. I will not bring my vehicle back to Rich Ford ever. More
