Good at selling, but not with paperwork I purchased a C300, and while the car and purchase experience with Antonio are positives, I am going on day 37 with my 20 day temporary plate. My polite calls and texts are not being returned. What I once considered a great car buying experience is turning sour, with no remedy in sight. Update: 3.23: I'm now on day 43 with my 20 day tags. Still no word from the dealer. I received a ticket a few days ago for an unregistered vehicle. The last time I spoke with Antonio, which was in February, he told me the dealer would pay for any tickets I received for expired registration. We will see if that holds true. Getting a ticket and going through this is a hassle and inconvenience that just shouldn't have ever happened. I think this place is good at selling cars, but their ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner and care for their customers post-sale is lacking. More

Never saw poor attitude with customer I was going to buy Lexas GX 460 ( saw two model 2015 and 2014). Both SUV didn't start. Chris Mentioned that Battery died. I told Chris and His manager I haven't test drive yet let me test drive. But they said over and over about price. I was confused-This is an expensive car and I have to drive and if I like it is my choice if I will think it is best price or not. But at last they said go home we are not here who will negotiate price. Both of the car they didn't maintain and I am not sure why Luxury car looks so bad from inside and outside. I will not recommend anyone go here and buy car. They don't respect their customer!!!!!! More
