The check in process was extremely pleasant and smooth. After about 20 minutes, our service advisor Nick came out with the inspection report for our car. What was nice was as he explained everything our car needed, he prioritized the items for us and explained what needed attention at the time of service and what can be put off safely. We have never had a service experience quite like this one. Richard Chevrolet was outstanding. From the smooth check in process and the friendly staff. We will absolutely be coming back here. More
