Phenominal Arranged to have our 2015 Equinox serviced for 30k, an oil change and the great safety check they always do. I dropped the car off at the dealership on Wednesday - May 31st in the afternoon. Carrie had a driver right there to "shuttle" me home. The driver was very nice and a safe driver. Carrie called me around 9:30am on Thursday - June 1st. She said the car was ready and that the charges were less than anticipated. The technician found that not as much work needed to be done. What a welcome surprise. Carrie is one of the most friendliest people I know. She is a great asset to Richard Chevrolet; a great ambassador to how professional, friendly and courteous a service advisor should be. Service Came in mid afternoon and was greeted in the service drive by Carrie. I stopped in without an appointment due to an unexpected check engine light. She Came in mid afternoon and was greeted in the service drive by Carrie. I stopped in without an appointment due to an unexpected check engine light. She did a quick scan of my computer and told me it was safe to drive until I could drop off the next day. The next day I was once again greeted by her friendly face and was given a ride by a lovely shuttle driver! To my surprise the repair was covered under emissions warranty. Talk about a great experience! More
