Phenominal Arranged to have our 2015 Equinox serviced for 30k, an oil change and the great safety check they always do. I dropped the car off at the dealership o Arranged to have our 2015 Equinox serviced for 30k, an oil change and the great safety check they always do. I dropped the car off at the dealership on Wednesday - May 31st in the afternoon. Carrie had a driver right there to "shuttle" me home. The driver was very nice and a safe driver. Carrie called me around 9:30am on Thursday - June 1st. She said the car was ready and that the charges were less than anticipated. The technician found that not as much work needed to be done. What a welcome surprise. Carrie is one of the most friendliest people I know. She is a great asset to Richard Chevrolet; a great ambassador to how professional, friendly and courteous a service advisor should be. Richard Chevrolet and their service advisors, technicians and entire staff are the best and they keep us coming back. More
Great experience! Stopped in with my car in on a Saturday because the night before the Infotainment system (radio/ GPS/ Bluetooth, etc.) on my 1 year old Traverse turne Stopped in with my car in on a Saturday because the night before the Infotainment system (radio/ GPS/ Bluetooth, etc.) on my 1 year old Traverse turned off on its own and would not turn back on! Sid assisted us and had one of his technicians take a look even though he said they did mostly oil changes on the weekend. Unfortunately, nothing could be determined at that moment so Sid suggested I bring it back during the week, which I easily arranged with him. Sid set me up with a rental car so I didn't have to wait too long and could get to work on time. As it turns out, my whole Infotainment system needed to be replaced b/c something failed internally, however I was able to keep my rental until I could get it back the next morning, around my other obligations. Sid was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with! As a side note, during our initial "stop in" on that Saturday, we ran into our salesman, Michael Gago, who chatted with us for a while and even followed up after the fact to make sure everything worked out alright for us. Overall, very pleasant experience! More
