No headaches or issues! I had a flat tire on a Monday morning with no spare. A tow truck dropped me off with the car and the service department was great! They gave me a great price for four new tires(which I needed anyway)and dropped me off at work. Engine issue on Good Friday. I have been having most of the service done for my wife’s and my Acadia’s at your place. From time to time my son’s Cobalt(he lives in Maryland). M I have been having most of the service done for my wife’s and my Acadia’s at your place. From time to time my son’s Cobalt(he lives in Maryland). Most recently I had engine issues with my Acadia. In January, I had a Carbon Treatment and the Spark Plugs replaced as well, (70,000 miles). All was well. Then Friday 4/14/17(yes Good Friday), I was on my way to see my son in Maryland, when the engine light came on and the engine was running rough. So in Danbury I stopped at the GM dealership, and they did a code check. Engine miss firing. They could not look at it based on the Holiday. They also advised I do not drive to Maryland with the issue I had. So I drove back to Cheshire and pulled into your service area. Carrie, who knew my name from a few months ago, (how), listened to my issue. Heading to Maryland for the Holiday…. Next thing I know she is speaking to Steve, who read the repair order from January, and I heard him say that he remembered the repair. How he could remember, based on the hundreds of vehicles he must see is amazing. What is more amazing, is that on a holiday, without an appointment, Steve himself brought my Acadia in, identified the issue, (believe it was a bad coil), replaced it, and shook my hand and told me to get on with my trip. I was there for maybe an hour. There was NO CHARGE. More

SATISFIED CUSTOMER - SERVICE DEPT. MY 1ST EXPERIENCE DURING MY OIL CHANGE WAS TOP NOTCH. CARRIE QUICKLY CHECKED ME IN AND SHOWED ME TO THEIR WAITING ROOM.
