Great service from start to finish! I dropped off my vehicle at 7 AM for service and was pleasantly greeted by Carrie. In less than a minute my service needs were confirmed and she introduced me to my morning driver that was bringing me to work about 15 minutes away. Both morning and afternoon drivers were friendly and on time, as usual. My service was completed in a timely manner and I received a phone call from Carrie indicating as such. Basic service & oil change I have used Richard Chevrolet to service my GMC Sierra in the past, and every time I go there I am met with people that show me respect and courtesy, I have used Richard Chevrolet to service my GMC Sierra in the past, and every time I go there I am met with people that show me respect and courtesy, and are genuinely interested in taking good care of me. This time I was assisted by Sid Greatorex. Mr. Greatorex has taken good care of me on previous occasions, and he again met me with a warm smile while I was driving my truck in. He took care of my truck immediately. My truck went right in for my oil change, and I was able to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee in the lounge. The dealership also provided bagels and sandwiches that were really good. As soon as my truck service was done Mr. Greatorex came into the lounge and brought me back up to his desk where he completed my paperwork and made sure everything was all in good order. I am very happy to recommend the service center at Richard Chevrolet to anyone in need to car repairs or servicing. They are great, and the facility is wonderful!!! More

Outstanding service I brought my sonic in for repairs for the first time at this dealer recently. The service advisor Nick was right there to greet me first thing in the morning. We had concerns that we were worried were not covered by warranty. Nick contacted me, found the vehicle had a special coverage but parts would not be in for a few days. The service department set up a rental car for me and kept me updated on my vehicle.
