NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY . I ordered a truck in May. Richard Lucas dealership (Joe) made an error when they ordered it. They never admitted it until I reached out to friend I ordered a truck in May. They never admitted it until I reached out to friend who works at another dealership and got the information they said they couldn’t get in a week. He got in less then 1 hour. During the process they continued to make excuses until I caught them in their continued lies. Below is 1 tenth of the situation! Saturday 25th 9:59 am - I sent over a list of 8 vehicles with vins that I found that could possibly work. July 28th at 9:23 am 1 vehicle vin given to me. That’s it, no price , no confirmation that it can be gotten. That’s where we are at as of Thursday July 30th (7 days later). Still at that point. There has been nothing presented to me via text, email or phone conversation Needless to say I went with another dealership when this one didn’t keep their word. More
