Dealer pockets protection plan coverage! I purchased a Chevy Cruze in 2011. In addition to purchasing the car, I was talked into a Dent & Ding Protection Plan (DDP). When I finally called to I purchased a Chevy Cruze in 2011. In addition to purchasing the car, I was talked into a Dent & Ding Protection Plan (DDP). When I finally called to redeem the plan three years later, DDP told me the dealer called and cancelled my protection plan. The protection plan was rolled into my monthly payments, which I am still paying. DDP told me I have not been paying my bills. When calling the dealership the secretary answered with, "HEY, what's your name?" Excellent customer service. She told me I would be called back immediately. A day later I got a call back while at work, without a message. Tomorrow, they will get to see me in person. I cannot wait for the excuses that pour out of their sweaty mouths. Don't worry Chevy fans, another review coming soon. More

Review of Richard Lucas After visiting 7 different dealerships, I decided to visit Richard Lucas because of a recommendation. I met with Michael Cortese who was friendly and After visiting 7 different dealerships, I decided to visit Richard Lucas because of a recommendation. I met with Michael Cortese who was friendly and professional. He was very patient with my many questions I had during the three visits to meet with him before deciding on my lease of a Malibu. He explained the features of the different Malibu's in order for me to make a decision. The car I wanted was not on the lot but they said they would find it and they did. I am now driving my new Red Malibu and enjoying every minute. Michael explained the lease in detail and was able to get the lease payments that fit into my budget. Michael, along with the other employees at Lucas, was friendly and knowledgeable and made leasing a car easy and stress free. Ricahrd Lucas is a family owned dealership and they make you feel like family. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Lucas to a family member or friend.
