SUPERB! THAT WAS EASY! I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I began my car shopping trek and truly dreaded the process for all the usual reasons, and, this being my fir I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I began my car shopping trek and truly dreaded the process for all the usual reasons, and, this being my first stop, I was not very committed. WOW though ! After meeting the super knowledgeable and genuine Michael Cortese I felt so much better and informed about the car buying/leasing process. I drove the Equinox and was impressed. Knowing what I wanted/liked/needed as well as what I didn't want in a vehicle, it was easy for Mr. Cortese to describe the features and answer all my possibly dumb questions. I wanted those larger front and back windshields, good visibility around the side view mirrors, sunroof, and enough space in both the backseats and cargo area, as well as a very smooth ride. I continued to look at other cars at other, larger, dealerships but found the Equinox and this dealership to fit my needs and wants exactly. The well defined prices of the vehicles, the ability and amount given for my traded in 2002 Mazda MPV and the ability to work with my budget concerns made this a great experience. Michael Cortese spent an enormous amount of time with me, even after purchasing the car as he described the systems inside the vehicle, what I can expect from the XM and OnStar, as well as being a sincerely nice guy.
