Worst dealer ever! price online was 9,995 got there they told me they did all this work to the car and had to charge me a re -conditioning fee of 2,000.00, They didn't do ANYTHING to the car it had no oil, told me they did all this work to the car and had to charge me a re -conditioning fee of 2,000.00, They didn't do ANYTHING to the car it had no oil, brakes were shot, all the fluids were low, the customer service is horrible they smile in your face and use shady tactics behind your back. I made a big mistake buying my car there, The prices are great way to good to be true, The service dept is horrible you will be on hold for ever then be told they are closed, A word of advice before buying a car read all the reviews and check the BBB. We found a car on Auto Trader that we really liked and it was at Lucas Chevrolet. We decided to take a drive and test drive the car and if we liked it try and make a deal. When we got there we were greeted b was at Lucas Chevrolet. We decided to take a drive and test drive the car and if we liked it try and make a deal. When we got there we were greeted by Carlos with a warm friendly smile and handshake. Unfortunately the car we came to see was sold on Saturday and no longer available. Carlos took us outside and showed us a few other Sonics and we found one we liked. The car was a year newer and had some options the other car didn't have and it had 2000 less miles on it. The problem was it was also two thousand dollars more. Because the car we wanted was sold but still listed on line Carlos was able to put together a great deal on the Sonic we liked and we drove it home a short while later. We had to bring the car back for a minor rattle and the problem was solved while I waited. What is normally a stressful time buying a car was actually a fun experience because of Carlos. We will tell our friends and be back the next time we are in the market for a new or used car or truck. Thanks Carlos!! More

I was going to just look at car what i had wanted.Sales person was very nice and helpful and understanding...not too "pushy"..
