It's been 1 month since I purchased my new Chevrolet Cruze at your dealership, and I couldn't be happier with your staff! I inquired about pricing on a Cruze LT online, and within minutes received an em Cruze at your dealership, and I couldn't be happier with your staff! I inquired about pricing on a Cruze LT online, and within minutes received an email from Sara with an Internet Price, current Chevy rebate offers for the Cruze, and a couple of models to choose from! We narrowed it down to a white one, and she set up an appointment for me to come in for a test drive. Two days later, I made it to the dealership after work, and was greeted by Phil. He pointed me out to Sara, who came down from her desk and had the keys for me all ready to go! She was very friendly, and assured me that Phil would take excellent care of me, and he definitely did! I fell in love with the Cruze. I had a lot of questions about the features inside of the car, and Phil was extremely helpful with explaining everything! When we came back inside, Sara came over and gave me a water bottle since it was a scorcher outside, and I then proceeded to Phil's desk to discuss my options. Needless to say, it was the most easy going process, we got to a payment I was more than comfortable with, got through to my insurance company to put the new car on, and signed the final paperwork. No extra hidden fees, Phil explained everything again, and was so polite and patient with me! Their F&I manager Jason was very informative in explaining optional extended warranties, and wasn't pushy at all to sell me something but I think at a later time, I will choose to come back and purchase one. Finally, I met the General Sales Manager, George Lucas IV, he sat down and made sure I had all my final questions answered and that everything was to my liking, and thanked me for my business, but I'm the one who wanted to thank him! I left there with my new car, payments that will easily fit into my budget, and feeling like I made new friends! The next day, Phil gave me a phone call to ask how I was doing so far, and I assured him I loved my new Cruze! I just picked up my title from Sara who remembered me and smiled right away.
