I purchased a 2012 Suburban from this dealer on 29th of Aug, as of today Sep 26th i have not received my tags. My temp tags expired on Sep 17th and when i asked for extension i was told that by Finance MGR Aug, as of today Sep 26th i have not received my tags. My temp tags expired on Sep 17th and when i asked for extension i was told that by Finance MGR Jay that they cannot issue me 2nd set of temp tags, Jay had advised me at time of sale that if my temp tags expire prior to regular tags i should contact them and they will send me new temp tags. Since i live in Virginia (250 miles away) and dealership is in NJ, i cannot go to them every day however i have been calling and talking to different people and no one is willing to help me. I was told point blank by CJ my salesman that he cannot help me and i should be talking to George the manager. They are keep saying that documents were sent to REG USA a title work company and they are still processing the tags with DMV VA. I just spoke with DMV 8th time and they have no record of my VIN #. It has been 10 days that my vehicle has no tags, and i am unable to drive around, been taking TAXI to work. Is there anyone who can assist me or guide me to correct Legal Avenue???? Thank you for reading this and PLEASE DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP--- They have good prices but very very bad service... If you are buying cash then maybe this will be a good place for you but if you are going to finance please look for another dealer. More

I found this vehicle (2012 Impala) online and I am from Canada so there were lots of questions about it and how I would go about the purchase. He ( Mr. Brack) made me feel confident that this was a good vehicle so I purchased over the phone. When I went to pick it up the vehicle was exactly as he had described it. There were no surprises and no hidden or additional charges. This young man was very professional. The overall experience was positive. I would deal there again. My wife and I had an enjoyable car buying experience. The level of customer service and vehicle knowledge was superb. We had intentions of purchasing a 2011 Malibu, but Shumar showed us a 2012 model that had less mileage and was very comparable in pricing. I found a car at the Richard Lucas site online and went to the dealership to check it out. My Sales Representative was Michael Brack and I can't express enough how easy he made the process. I had just had a recent experience with another dealer where I was treated like I was stupid because I was a female. NOT at Richard Lucas. There were no lies or pressure like I had previously experienced. Mike was extremely professional, thoughtful, informative, and made me feel like I was taken seriously (which I loved). He knew every detail of the car as if he had been driving it for years. I purchased the vehicle I went in to look at, Jorge was also VERY accomodating when it came to securing the finacing and Jason was GREAT when it came time to sign the contracts. It will be a few years before I buy another car but they have my business for LIFE!!! I have always loved Chevys and now I have my own exceptional Chevy dealer to go to. I will also recommend them (especially Michael Brack) to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Went in for warrenty work and they couldn't find any problems. I still had same problem two days later , went to different dealer and problem was fixed.
