Part of the deal was that they were supposed to clean my interior since I bought a used car. They didn't even dust it. I had to take the car back and complain before they did anything. They were supposed to file for the car license which took 3 months for them to complete. I guess their clerk was too busy. And to top it all off they also took their sweet time getting the title of my car back to me. Not to mention I paid in full at date of service. None of this paperwork should have taken anytime at all. I feel that as soon as they got my check they didn't give a damn who I was or about keeping up their end of the deal. This place is run by a bunch of twerps. It's places like this that give the "car salesmen" their stereotype. More

Check the rating on Better Business Bureau the dealership was given a F grade because they have 11 complaints filed against the business and they never responded to the customers who made these complaints. Lastly check the reviews listed in google.com. I wish I checked these reviews before I came to this dealership, be smart and check them! do not make the same mistake I did! When I came into this dealership the sale man that helping me was Robin Rodriguez, and he kept changing the price of the vehicle so I would stay and purchase it. I spent two long days at this dealership going over the pricing and I brought all my personal documents in to the office to complete the purchase. Finally on the last day when I was at this dealership I saw the contract had a higher amount for the car then what Robin Rodriguez said it would be. I had enough and felt insulted that Robin Rodriguez and his manger taught they could persuade me into buying their car for a higher price without me being award of the change. I told Robin Rodriguez and his manger, that I do not want their car and I’m not taken this deal! A month later I receive a letters from Chase for a late payments for the car at this dealership. I never made a purchase from Richard Lucas Subaru and I never took their vehicle out of the dealership! These people had made copies of my personal information and illegally used my information for a lease agreement deal with Chase! Im currently in the process of getting law enforcement involved at this point, and trying to get my story on the news so other people can be aware of this bad place. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More

After car shopping all day our last stop was Chevy which was closed but Angel went out of his way to help us after assisting another customer. I went to Richard Lucas Chevrolet after a horrible experience at Bell Ford. I was approached by Robin once arriving at the dealership. He was upbeat and confident, which really made me feel at ease. His knowledge of Chevrolet was impressive, and his charisma made it as if I was speaking with an old friend. I started to look at the Malibu the first night, when I came back the next day I was shown the Cruze, and I fell in love. Needless to say the Cruze won the battle. Robin was very helpful in every aspect. He was funny, patient, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly he did not make me feel pressured. I got a great deal and great customer service! I even left with some cute balloon animals! :) The whole staff made the car buying experience very easy. The atmosphere at the dealership was very positive. The staff all seemed to really enjoy their jobs, and the people they work with. Sitting at Robins desk surrounded by this friendly staff, can make any person feel at home. Well what can I say about this dealership and it's hard working staff. My wife and I drove 75miles to get to this dealer whose prices on the internet were unreal. When we got there we met Angel who right o working staff. My wife and I drove 75miles to get to this dealer whose prices on the internet were unreal. When we got there we met Angel who right off the bat was a down to earth guy.This was half the battle if you know what I mean.We looked and drove some suburban's and then came crunch time. It took a few trips to see the manager but Angel and staff came through with a great price for us. The car was spotless when we drove away with it and the drive home was a pleasure.
