I went to this dealership looking for a vehicle. Angel Cartegena was my sales person. He was nice and showed me several vehicles. He stood outside with me on one of the coldest days of the winter season so far. No rush as he went back and forth for several keys so I could test drive and inspect each vehicle. He was patient as I can be difficult to work with. We were able to work out a fair price with what I could afford and I was able to purchase the vehicle. They have been able to address each concern as I have called them a few times and have received help each time. My sales person even gave me his cell number if I had any issues and he has answered each time that I called him. George Lucas Jr.(Business Manager) waited for me as I was stuck at work and in traffic and couldn’t make it in when I told him I would be there. He was there at the end of the night for me. In addition I had a smell in the car I was not comfortable with and they addressed it and indicated it would be taken care of without any fuss or excuses given to me.
