What a horrible experience this has been after we left the dealership. Our sales guy Angelo however was awsome all the way through. We fell in love with a Jeep, which didnt have any problems when we were there. 2 days after, my husband couldnt get it to start. He also brought the vehicle to a shop just to see what was going on with the inside and we found frame damage which was not stated on the car facts nor did the dealership know about it. The car also just turned off while my husband was coming to a rolling stop. But thats just the beginning of the problems. My husband made a list of 15 things wrong with the vehicle! We mentioned all problems to them, so they wanted to take it to their shops to make sure (which took forever and had to keep calling to see what was going on). Also, ever since all this started, it seems like the tone of voice has changed on the manager Jorge. He was soooo friendly at the dearlership (of course cause we were closing a deal), but now, hes very short on the phone with a little attitude and like I said before.....you have to keep calling them for updates when they specifically say "We will call you as soon as we know." It's just been a mess with them since we left. More

The only reason I wrote this review was because of all the bad review. I'm a single mom and the finance guy took his time to explain all my fees and cost.I never felt preasured and they call me 3 time to the bad review. This is a follow up on my cruze LTZ order from JULY. This man played games and wouldn't return my calls.I went in yesterday and got my deposit back, with no problems because they screwed up.In this age of co man played games and wouldn't return my calls.I went in yesterday and got my deposit back, with no problems because they screwed up.In this age of computers ,I don't need these people to locate a vehicle for me.This dealer should be out of business, I don't think they get alot of repeat customers. I read the reviews here before going to them to give them a fair shot because maybe people were being unfair. All i can say is everyone on here is 100% right. I called them ahead of time to reserve a vehicle when i got their the vehicle was dirty and trash everywhere and sand all over the carpet it looked like a homeless person lived in it. I found it strange they wouldnt clean it since i called 5 hrs ahead of time to tell them i wanted the vehicle. I looked at the pictures of the clean vehicle i saw on the website and could see in one of the pictures they used a different clean vehicle because i could see the stock number just barely in the background on 1 of the photos. Also the price of the vehicle online was $4000 less than what the guy told me it was at the dealership when we started to do some paperwork.. When i asked enosh about the price being to high he said that this was a different vehicle than the one online and thus ine wasnt one the site yet. I asked him for the stock number after hesitating he gave it to me and when i left i looked it up online and sure enough it was the same vehicle priced $4000 less than what he told me. I was going to buy a car but after all this my gut told me no and i am glad i didnt buy one. One last thing i asked him are these vehicles certified he told me they are all certified the 5 that i looked at and inthought how can they be certified when you can tell they have came straight from the auction and havent been cleaned or inspected. I know they will slap certified on anything if these trashed out vehicles are getting the certified label. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was going there to try and buy out my lease and they returned with an outrageous % rating, which I knew was off. They tried to get me into a car instead, a demo car with 6000 miles, at any cost. They were pushy, lied to me about my credit and other things that I could afford and their pricing was way off. The showroom was old and dirty and the cars didn't look well maintained. I highly do NOT recommend this dealership! More

When I mentioned it,I was told "I made a mistake,I slipped with the calculator before,and this is the price" I left,and went to another dealership, and got a nicer Cruze LTZ with RS package snd Pioneer stereo for the same price,and got more for my disabled trade in.(06 Cobalt SS/SC with blown head gasket) The place is dirty,the people are very unprofessional,and they hire people who have no business being there. I repeat,STAY AWAY! More

To anyone considering putting down a 'refundable' deposit at this dealership...DON'T DO IT! This mistake cost my retired (and on a fixed income) father-in-law $500. The dealer assured my father-in-law that the deposit was completely refundable, and that he could change his mind after showing the car to his wife. However, when they went back to the dealership, everything changed and the dealer could not remember the conversation, and the manager refused to give the money back. Their reasoning was that the dealer spent over 2 hours with them. Based on what I have read online, he is not the first one to fall for this scam at a Richard Lucas dealership. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and this is coming from a family that has purchased cars from the Lucas dealers for over 50 years. Stay away from ANY Lucas dealership! More

They Simple lie and steal. I was told if i left a deposit it would be refunded no questions asked. Manager even agreed over the phone to refund it. When i went in inwas refused my refund. I had such a horrific experience here. This dealership and the salesman are nothing but CROOKS. I am part of GM Employee and they still managed to try and rip me off. There were so many illegal dealings taking place that I am actually going to consult with a lawyer. These guys ran a credit check on me, said everything looked good but to help me get a better rate, I should have a co-signer. My mom co-signed but check this out, she wasn't even with me to sign anything but these guys still ran her credit without her there, without her consent. Anyway, they said things were great, I was approved at 3.9%, they washed the car (which by the way was still dirty), and gave me the keys and congratulated me. I left there a little confused because there was no official paperwork given to me "no contract signed", nothing. I only filled out a credit form. Anyway, they put a temporary registration on the back, which by the way was not signed by me. They send me out with the car with a missing antena (which I didn't notice until I was home, they smeared all my mirrors, and the car had a missing mat. In any event, I was so happy because I was approved at a good rate, I was getting a good car and get this....they were even throwing in a sun roof for free! Wow, this was great! They were going to cut the roof for free. Anyway, I took the car home (again without signing any registration or anything), enjoyed the car, showed all my friends and family and had an appointment with Lucas the 3 days later to sign the financing paperwork. I show up, and Brian, the manager who made the deal with me was no where to be found. I told John the sales guy that I was missing the antena, etc. and he said no worries we will fix that for you. Next thing I know, I was being called into a private room and was told the 3.9% was declined, there was a problem with my credit and the only way around it was to put the loan under my mom's name and have me as the co-signer. Now, this is totally illegal. My mom is not the main driver of the car. Hmmmmm! Also, the rate went up to 4.9% and was going to cost me more money. I was so humiliated, the car was taken away from me because I was not in agreement and I had to walk out very embarrased. Well, there is much more to this story because I did investigating the following day. I can't believe some of the things I found out but it is too long to write. In a nutshell, I went to a wonderful salesman in Union, purchased a $40K GMC Acadia (more expensive then the Traverse I was buying), at 3.9% interest WITH NO CO-SIGNER! I even spoke to the Financing Company and they said whatever LUCAS Chevrolet did by adding my mom to the loan, screwed me up. They fixed things, I was approved on my own, and walked out with a beautiful truck. I also need to mention, that after Lucas took my truck back, they called me to say the 3.9% was approved but I would loose the $1,500 incentive. I found out that that was shaddy as well because I did get the 3.9% in Union and I DID GET TO KEEP THE $1,500. I have escalated this to GM District Manager. I can't wait to find out the results from GM. More
