We had a great experience with Richard Lucas Chevrolet. We didn't have an appointment, but as soon as we walked in Jason greeted us and listened to our needs and wants. He showed us a SUV he had as well as the SUV we were planning to see (which wasn't available yet). Jason said he can work with another dealer to have that car here for purchase. Then Joe and Brian started their work in swapping the SUV we wanted to buy. In a couple hours, we had a deal. Mike and Vinny took us through the financing, and we were done. Lastly and importantly, Vinny showed us all the new features and how to operate the SUVs infotainment and safety alerts. More
