After weeks of decision making on what models Subarus I wanted. I chose to buy the crosstrek. But then came the right dealership and falling into the hands of a car salesman that would treat me right and t wanted. I chose to buy the crosstrek. But then came the right dealership and falling into the hands of a car salesman that would treat me right and treat me with respect to my wallet and it happened as soon as I walked into the Richard Lucas I was greeted by Reinaldo Modernel. Instantly I got a vibe that told me that I’m going home with my daughter’s and wife’s new cars. We sat to chat and that was that.a little while later him and sales manager Greg put their hands out for the hand shake to close the deal that we were all happy with. Big shout out to the salesman Reinaldo and sales manager Greg. I have a feeling I will be back in a few months for my son’s first car. I can say with certainty they will make my next purchase painless once again.oh one more thing…… the 3 cups of free coffee was rocking good. More

It was a pleasure working with Kenny Marke in purchasing our 2024 Chevy Trax. He explained all the features of the car and answered all of our questions regarding the function of each button on the dashboar our 2024 Chevy Trax. It was a long process and he made sure we were comfortable and offered coffee/water on several occasions. He was very personable and I felt he fully understood our needs. My only complaint was with Jesse Holovacko, General Sales Manager. During the negotiations, he refused to provide a detailed printout/summary of all the fees, taxes, etc. that were included in determining his "out-the-door" price.
