What Initially Happened: I experienced communication issues and unprofessional handling during my initial visit, which led to frustration and a negative first impression. How It Was Resolved: Jesse personally stepped in, acknowledged the issues, and worked tirelessly to find a fair solution. He demonstrated true leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. Outstanding Team Performance: Jesse (General Manager): Personally coordinated everything and ensured professional follow-through Cirillo (EV Specialist): Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with rebate documentation Jack (Finance): Professional and transparent with financing, delivered exactly as promised Vinny (Delivery Coordinator): Made delivery smooth with clear communication and patiently explained every detail of the EV features Final Outcome: Received my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV at an excellent price with 0% financing. My experience at Richard Lucas Chevrolet was outstanding compared to others dealerships I have been to. As soon as arrived, they had a wide selection of car to view. Andres is a very friendly and attendant compared to others dealerships I have been to. As soon as arrived, they had a wide selection of car to view. Andres is a very friendly and attendant sales representative that made sure I was looking for the perfect car for myself. He took the time and explain to me the difference between 2026 Blazer and Equinox. At no point did I did I felt like i was forced to buy a car at the moment even when he knew i was carless. I am very happy that I was able to get my 2026 Chevy Equinox RS that’s i wanted. Vinny was very helpful when it came down to explaining to me about the services and feature my new car came with. 100% satisfied with their customer service!!! More
