From making appointments to completing sales, all the members in the dealership team are super friendly and helpful. The sales consultant Mr. Munoz is extremely knowledgeable and actually working on my members in the dealership team are super friendly and helpful. The sales consultant Mr. Munoz is extremely knowledgeable and actually working on my behalf to get me all the possible rebates and discount that I was not aware of. His knowledge on their products impressed me greatly as I already tried to do a lot of research before I walked into the dealership (expecting blood bath and walking away without a deal). They abide by their pledge of no hidden fee and this is what a perfect shopping experience should be. I did walk away from a Ford dealership a couple months ago because they did not honor agreed upon price (advance order w/ deposit) and it was pulling teeth to get the deposit back. So I will not hesitate to use Richard Lucas Chevrolet if looking for another Chevy. Car dealership's reputation would be a lot better if they follow this Chevrolet shop's practice. More
