Both experiences have been not stressful but exciting which getting a new vehicle should be!! Test drive right from the start, done quickly, prices worked up and then delivery!! Our salesman Shumar Boseman walked us through our options on both leasing and financing different Tahoe models. He was incredibly patient even after we changed our minds several times and he was very honest about the different deals available to us. Great service, very helpful! I worked with Kristie in the service department and she was extremely helpful to me. On two separate occasions I was considering a used Chevy Tahoe f I worked with Kristie in the service department and she was extremely helpful to me. On two separate occasions I was considering a used Chevy Tahoe from external dealerships and Kristie and the techs were very gracious with their time and attention to detail in looking over the vehicles for me (without "nickel and diming" me). They were able to advise me out of a bad deal, and possible headaches in the future. The staff is very friendly, and Kristie provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend Lucas Chevrolet. More
