Just Horrible Absolute worse service department I've had to deal with. To your face, they are fine for the most part. The actual work, failure. Our SUV had a banging noise, sounded like somewhere in the front end suspension. Asked them to look into it, charged all kinds of money, said the noise was gone. Next day, noise is still there. Had the oil changed, figure it's a dealership, how can they screw that up? A dealership typically does a multi point inspection of the vehicle during an oil change. Car was using up oil like crazy afterwards. A couple of weeks later, take it back to them, they say the air filter was never changed and that caused oil to get sucked up, leading to a major costly repair. They didn't want to help cover any of the repair costs and simply stated sometimes the guys miss a few things. Then the piston holding up the hood stopped working. Wouldn't hold up the hood no more. Had them replace it. Not 1 month after that, busted again. We had a tire go flat. I put the spare on and cranked up the cable holding the spare. The tire place my wife used said they couldn't get the cable back down to put the spare back up. Took it to the dealership a couple of days later to look at while one of the other repairs was happening. They wanted to charge me over $300 to change out the whole cranking system and gave me some BS excuse why they couldn't do it otherwise. I told them not to do it. Looked at it myself. Took me 5 seconds to get it back down, no tools needed. When making an appointment with them for one of the repairs, I stated I would drop of the car the night before. Left the key in drop off slot. Figure I would hear something back from them. Called a couple of days later for status on the car. They hadn't even looked at it. Had no idea why it was there. Nothing in the system about the car coming in. They had my info from previous visits but never called to check why the car was there in the first place. Just let it sit in the lot. DONE WITH THEM. My Chevy Experience with Syed Naqvi I came in yesterday looking to find an affordable and stylish new car. I am a recent college grad who just got out into the real working world so my d I came in yesterday looking to find an affordable and stylish new car. I am a recent college grad who just got out into the real working world so my defenses were naturally up. Syed was very patient and listened to all of my concerns, wants, and needs. After 3 hours of serious thought, rebates, and discussions with my grandmother I was able to walk out with a brand new car!!!! Syed helped to remove the stress I had about buying a new car and having a reliable car for my first few years out of college. I would and will recommend my friends, family, coaches, players, and pretty much anyone else who is in need of great service, advice on buying a car, or interested in buying to Syed. More

Friendly Staff, But Car Not Ready at Pick-Up Time The sales representative that I had was friendly and caring. He walked me through the steps of the car buying purchase, which did make me feel comfort The sales representative that I had was friendly and caring. He walked me through the steps of the car buying purchase, which did make me feel comfortable. However, he did seem uncertain on some aspects of the process of buying the car and the car was not ready for pick-up when I arrived. The registration/inspection sticker had not been placed in the car window, the tire pressure in the rear tire was low, and the interior needed better cleaning before pick-up. The sales representative did contact me about forgetting to place the registration sticker not and made himself available to address the issue both through phone calls and text messaging. Unfortunately, I was at work and needed to have a family member take my car back to the dealership to have the sticker placed to avoid any issues on the road. When I went back to the dealership to raise my concerns regarding the car warranty I had originally selected, I did have to wait a half-hour to meet with the finance group, however they were courteous. In addition, I spoke with John Lucas, and he eased my concerns and made himself available on the day that I would be bringing the car back to have touch up work done to the body of the car. More

The sales associate Syed was very professional. He didn't try to upsale anything. He worked with us to get the deal exactly we wanted not what they want, a very different experience than other dealer I've visited. Also to add the the new 2016 Traverse is a great vehicle. Highly recommended dealer. More
