I HATE shopping for cars. I was pleased to be able to shop online on the Richards Honda site. Found the car I wanted, and made an appt. for the next morning. Tyler Emrick was our salesperson. No jerking us around or the "I'll go talk to my manager." He was also very knowledgeable, told me things about the CR-V that I didn't know, and programmed my phone for me.
