Mark and Valerie were both amazing! This was the only dealership within 200 miles I could even find a civic sport/touring. I purchased from them about 2 months ago. There were a few complications with my trade in but Valerie and Mark helped me with easier resolutions! I was still able to leave in my new civic that day. The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is the finance manager at the end of the process was very aggressive and made things more than slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise, everyone was polite and helpful, and made it a positive experience. Especially Valerie and Mark! More

My first certified used car in 21 years Got a CUV end of August. My salesman OJ was very polite, helpful and informative. Adam in financial also explained everything they had to offer in regards to service packages etc. I would have liked a little more info on all the gadgets in the car. OJ did show me everything but as I just turned in a 1998 Altima which had none of this tech, all his instructions did not soak in very well. Guess that may have been just me. And tell OJ yes this model does have an aerial/antennae which I got put on when I returned for my plate(I noticed it was not on there a few weeks after my purchase after my grandson said it was suppose to have one, had poor radio reception on a few stations). So am happy that my radio is much clearer for all my sports listening. Still getting used to a "new" car CRv 2016 Hope I won't have to be over there too soon for any automotive problems.
