Service Department The service dept is horrible! They have taken advantage of a senior citizen and tried to say things were wrong with my Honda that were not true. I alw The service dept is horrible! I always keep my auto serviced (47,000 miles on a 2007) regularly, it was serviced a few days before I brought it to Richards for a recall repair. Be warned before you take it in for any work. I will continue to service my auto elsewhere! More
