Avoid at All Costs I was an out-of-towner stranded in Baton Rouge with a bad transmission and AAA towed my car there. The Richards Honda quote for the work was more tha I was an out-of-towner stranded in Baton Rouge with a bad transmission and AAA towed my car there. The Richards Honda quote for the work was more than twice as much as the company I eventually used. (When I arrived the next day to pick up the car and was accompanied by the guy I eventually used, the Richards Honda guy wouldn't even look at us,) It was a 12 year old car I wasn't sure was worth the work, and they offered to buy it for $1,000 as long as I bought a car from them. I felt pressured to accept having the work done at that high cost. I was in shock from the car break down and Richards Honda was not a good place to be in that state of mind, as their priority wasn't me or my car. It was their bottom line. And oh yeah, when I walked in I said my transmission was 'gone'. They then charged me $72 (with tax) to confirm that. Treacherous. More

Our salesman, Byron Lewis, was most courteous and down to earth. It's rare to find a salesperson these days that talks with you instead of at you. We LOVE our Pilot and it drives better and rides better than my wife's QX-56. I'm glad we stopped and drove off with what we feel is an excellent value and well built automobile. More

New Accord Loved my 2002 Accord, so was predisposed to get another, thourhg car shopping is not my favorite pastime. He was informed about the car I liked, he was patient with me looking at the car about 5 different times, checking under the hood, tire pressure and all. When I was ready to purchase he was right there through the whole process. He even called several days and weeks after my purchase to see if everything was okay. More
