Dealership staff damaged my vehicle deliberately because apparently the salesman and finance employee got their panties in a knot when I refused any dealership add ons. Should you decide to purchase a vehicle there, make sure you check it up and down inside and out before driving off the lot. These guys will smile in your face and act polite while damaging your vehicle and then telling you that you should have purchased the offered protection plans. I have purchased many new and used cars from dealerships and never had this occur. This damage was found when we took it directly home from the dealer so there is no uncertainty as to how or where it occurred. It was not on the car all along. The vehicle was closely inspected after the first incident was reported and while the car was in their service area being inspected, it suddenly came back with additional damage, I thought they were a local reputable dealership but wow was I wrong. More
