Prompt response when I expressed interest in a preowned vehicle online. No pressure tactics. I was able to test drive the vehicle at ease and evaluate my options. When it was time to negotiate the deal, Paul was fair and honest. The general manager Jason and the Owner Evan both were very accommodating and motivated to work out a deal for me. All the associates i came in contact with at the dealership were friendly, helpful and professional, regardless whether it is their deal or not. I was very impressed with the customer care they've shown. When i was at the dealership, i witnessed Paul taking the time to help an elderly couple with adding their favorite phone contacts so it shows up in their vehicle's apple play the way they wanted. This is obviously after the vehicle purchase was done with. This level of after sale service is what re-enforced my positive experience at Richardson's. The general manager Jason took the time to meet me and thank me for working with them after the deal is done. It was a nice touch! I highly recommend this dealership. More
