been coming here for years, bought my CT6 Cadillac there and take it for service thereregularly. last time they were supposed to change my oil and rotate tires but even though i was told when called to pick and take it for service thereregularly. last time they were supposed to change my oil and rotate tires but even though i was told when called to pick up that it has been done, when i arrived, i was told tires had not been rotated. MY regular person Dawn who is always nice and friendly and knowledgeable and helpful was not there and had to deal with another person who was borderline rude. I ended up having to wait until my tires were rotated and typically the fluids are topped off and that was not done either. the car was not washed and i was not given a coupon for a car wash place as was sometimes done in the past. I was not happy. More
