They said bring cashiers check for balance. I came from out of state with check. They increased price of car by $514.14 and decreased sales tax by same amount. I didn’t notice it and gave them the check. Of course I had to pay the extra 500 at the dmv. When confronted the sales person said they did nothing wrong because the total was the same as the original quoted total. By that reasoning they could have stolen all of my sales tax. Being from out of state my dmv just charged my for the shortage in the amount of sales tax the dealer charged me. It is a clever trick they use on out of state customers. The general manager will not talk to me. He is the father of the salesman and has apparently taught his son all the tricks of the car business. Stay away from these people. They all nice and friendly while they scam you. I guess I should be happy they didn’t steal more from me. I think they steal just the right amount so that they can stonewall you and you will eventually give up and just write a bad review. Then the manager responds and says he is sorry for the bad experience and we should discuss it. But he will not take your call. I have bought many cars in my life but never had a bad experience like this. More

Because these people have no integrity whatsoever. They lie and abuse the trust of their customers. The general manager's son Dylan Easton is one of the biggest lying pieces of human waste that you could ever run across. Truth be known he's just like his daddy because the nut never falls far from the tree. Bought my wife a 2023 Dodge Challenger RT and paid cash. Gave these charlatans a $40,000 cashiers check. There were a few things they were supposed to attend to so I took the car to them. They had the car over a week and lying Dylan Easton told me it was all fixed and looked great. When they delivered the car to my home what lying Dylan said was fixed and looked great hadn't even been touched. To top it off the week they had the car they ran the toll tag up $38 evidently out running around burning my wife's gas and toll tag account. Then there was an issue with the car running rough. They said they'd found no problem with it. So I took it to a dealership here in Grapevine Texas. They put in on diagnostics and found a misfire and discovered it needed a new camshaft a $6000 fix. Made an appointment to bring in my 2022 Wagoneer (also a very troubled model) at 7:30am on a Tuesday morning. Principal work needed was an oil change and the rear tailgate would not auto-shut. Never received an update call over the three days so I called three times myself, each time being told it was with a technician. Finally realized they were lying to me and I went and picked up the car on Thursday afternoon. The invoice says "not enough time to address the concern". Do not bring your car to this dealership and don't buy one of these over-priced Wagoneers. More

We purchased a brand new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon around 8/2023. We were told we had free oil changes and tire rotations for 3 years. Well everything was going well until this month, 1/2025. We live in sherman Texas and take our truck to freedom dodge in sherman rather than going to Richardson for our oil changes and tire rotations. As usual i took the truck in and dropped it off for service. Received a call from the service department saying that we used our last “free oil change last time we took it in.” I told the girl at the desk that was incorrect, we were promised free oil changes and tire rotations for 3 years. So she said she would check with Richardson for those details. An hour later still no call back from the Richardson dealership, so i just took my truck and went home. I called the Richardson dealership and spoke with the service department and was told “no you don’t have that package since the jeep wave expired.” Well knowing what i was told when i purchased the truck and that dealerships would never lie. I called them 1/13/25 and was transferred to the GM of the dealership. I left a message around 0930 and still hadn’t heard back from him by 1700. So i called him again, and left another message requesting a call back. Still haven’t heard back from him. So apparently this dealership does lie and then they avoid returning calls. I don’t believe i will use them in the future. This was our second gladiator to buy from them, and probably our last. More

If you don’t want to lose time, money, patience, nerves and your car’s value, STAY AWAY from this “service.” I’ve brought my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland there 11 times in less than 3 years. They wasted all my warranty time with their cheap service and a lot of excuses. From their service advisor to the general manager, they all pretended like they have been doing everything they can, but the result is always against the customer. Now my regular warranty is over, my powertrain warranty is close to its end, and I am still trying to have my car fixed for the same oil leak problem that I’ve had since September 2020. It is not just their terrible technical service but also their unfulfilled promises. I paid for a special part, and they installed a lower-quality model. Although they accepted their mistake and promised to replace it with the correct part that I paid for, they never did and never repaid my money. They tell you that they have free loaners available when your car is being serviced, but they make you go to a car rental place and rent a car using your own credit card. They paid for my rental but once they somehow didn’t and it took me months to get that money back. The thing that makes me angriest is that their technicians took my car, not once but multiple times, to pick up their lunch from fast food drive throughs. One technician took my car and drove miles away to a bank, left my car unattended and running, and went into the bank for approximately 10 minutes. I am not surprised to hear that a lady’s car was stolen while it was serviced at RICH. All the things I’ve mentioned are from my personal experience with this terrible car service. I had my car serviced at RICH since I purchased it and as of now it only has 20.000 miles. My car is now at another authorized dealer/service, and I am fighting for my rights to have my car serviced without paying for the damage that wasn’t fixed by RICH, despite numerous visits. I hope this will help others, and they won’t go through similar problems like the ones I have been dealing with for years. I think they shouldn’t be called RICH with this POOR quality of service. More
