These people at RBH really "Get-It" when it comes to maintaining customer loyalty, and as long as they continue to treat me like they do, I'll continue to support them with my business and positive recommendations. The only suggestion I can think of is this; in addition to the Free coffee now offered, how about a nice glass of white Wine or Crown Royal while we are waiting for our repairs...It would make our payments so much more pleasant in these inflationary times? :-) More
