Caveat Emptor. I purchased the Honda Care maintenance plan when I purchased my vehicle. However, when I went to utilize the maintenance plan, the dealership servic I purchased the Honda Care maintenance plan when I purchased my vehicle. However, when I went to utilize the maintenance plan, the dealership service department would not let me because my oil percentage was 20% instead of 15%. They told me I would have to pay to change the oil because they would not honor the plan. I paid for oil changes, fluid replacements, and tire rotations for the first six years. This was the straw that broke the camel's back when it came to this dealership. A very knowledgeable and friendly sales rep guided me through the purchase. When I first purchased my car, I had to return the next day because nobody from finance could help me close my deal 1.5 hours before closing time. I returned the next day and waited several hours before leaving with the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service. More
