The car was great and Paul is very personable and talkative - but nothing like high-pressured sales or anything, much more like a friend than a sales person. We returned to the dealership and he managed to write everything up in a very limited amount of time on my purchase of the car. I went back to the dealership yesterday, April 7, to pick up my car - and Paul took care of having the car detailed and filled the tank for me. I also worked with Chip in the finance department, and he was very friendly and helpful as well - and my deal was completed in very little time, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used car. They know how to take care of customers without being over the top or pushy, which as a female buying a car, I appreciated that. My husband and I visited the Richfield Honda Dealership at 5:45 pm on a Friday night, not knowing it closed at 6:00 pm. Neng Lee welcomed us, and made us feel at ease right away. We felt bad keeping him later than normal on a Friday night, but he was patient with us from the start! He listened to our needs, answered our questions and we test drove 2 Honda CRVs that night. We told him we would talk to him on Saturday.... We went home and discussed, researched and went to a few more dealerships to test drive additional CRVs during the next week. By the end of the week, we were back at the Richfield Honda Dealer, talking to Neng, and test drove the vehicle we eventually bought! The reason we went back to the Richfield Honda Dealer, was because of the low pressure, friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable service that Neng provided for us. This second lease I had rates before I showed up. He had the car waiting for us to test drive and got the process rolling when we decided to sign. He doesn't pressure you and works at your pace.
