Our lease on our 2011 CRV was scheduled to be up in September and Fred indicated he wanted to discuss options with us. We had planned to buy the CRV after the lease was up like we have with our other September and Fred indicated he wanted to discuss options with us. We had planned to buy the CRV after the lease was up like we have with our other Hondas. Fred was able to show us how we could exchange it now for a new CRV and it would be a better deal than buying the 2011. He worked the best deal he could which was great for us. He had the car we wanted available and showed us how to operate everything. We have a lot of fun with Fred when we meet with him as he is very personable. Very professional, not pushy and very results oriented. This was our fifth Honda and second from Fred and Richfield/Bloomington Honda. More

My wife and I walked into the dealership this past Saturday afternoon (Feb 15th) to test drive a new car. While the weather wasn't the greatest, it was snowing out, we figured it would be good weathe Saturday afternoon (Feb 15th) to test drive a new car. While the weather wasn't the greatest, it was snowing out, we figured it would be good weather for testing SUVs AWD capabilities. We walked into the dealership, looked around for 5 minutes, and weren't acknowledged or helped. We observed 4-5 "salespeople" talking amongst themselves. Evidently whatever they were talking about was more important than helping a customer. We ended up walking out of the dealership and will not return there again. We are still considering Honda as one of our options, but through a different dealership. More

It was a last minute decision to buy a vehicle from this dealership as I was already looking with another. But I am so grateful that I did. I visited the website and filled out the contact area. I got a call back just to say he gave my info to the Chip, the guy who puts together their finance packages and that he (Niko) just wanted to keep me in the loop. By 7:30pm I was getting another call saying I was preapproved and to come in and take a test drive. There was actually someone else coming to look at the same vehicle I wanted. I zipped down to the dealership for the test drive only to find out I was completely financed and I could take the car home. I was in disbelief... I got a 2008 Honda Odyssey, great mileage, great price, great customer service and I am definitely buying any and all cars from this dealership in the future and telling all my friends about it. I can't believe how lucky I got finding these guys!! More

Upon walking into RB Honda I was immediately greeted by extremely friendly employees. I went in with an open mind and a few requirements, but was blown away by the deal they gave me. Valerie is the friendliest, most easy going salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Valerie and Jess really know how to take care of their customers, and it shows! Best of all, no sales pressure! Valerie really wanted me to be sure that I was happy with the deal I chose. She also followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and that I was still happy with my choice. Let me just say that couldn’t be happier with my new (upgraded) Civic and my whole experience at RB Honda! I highly recommend them, and will continue to use their services for future car purchases. The time to get the quote on the vehicle was only minutes...no back and forth between a managers office. They offered me the best price on my trade-in of all dealers I visited (5). Kevin never made me feel pressured, he gave me lots of helpful information to help me make my decision, and his enthusiasm for Honda was contagious. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
