Being a first time leaser I was concerned that I would be forced to make a decision that I'm not comfortable with, and leave with a car that I did not want. I found the deal at RB Honda over Edmunds.com. at the end of December. I completed most of the deal via email which was the most expeditious for me and I appreciated the dealership's flexibility in allowing of December. Valerie Jackson was my sales person at the dealership and was very responsive whenever I communicated with her and was very gracious. I was pleased with the deal offered by RB Honda. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their approach to customer service which is to create a total customer service environment with wrap around services, that I hope will prove true. There was a mix up at the dealership and they prepared the wrong color car for me to pick up which was very disconcerting. They made it right a few days later and were very apologetic and did enough research to know that I was not the one who suddenly changed my mind at the last minute. I had purchased the all season mats for the car and need to have the driver's mat replaced since it is a 2013 and does not fit the 2014 Honda civic. The dealership is supposed to contact me when that is available. While I am new to the RB Honda experience, I am looking forward to doing continued business with the dealership. More
