Being a first time leaser I was concerned that I would be forced to make a decision that I'm not comfortable with, and leave with a car that I did not want. I have had a great experience with RB Honda and specifically, my Sales Associate, Ron Gholson. I am loving my 2014 Honda Pilot and Ron continues to be a great resource for me. I intentionally waited to provide a review until I had some "post purchase" questions. I think the true test of customer service comes AFTER the buying experience. Now that some time has passed, I am happy to say that Ron (and RB Honda) continues to provide great customer service and I'm confident that they will be there for me and have my best interest at heart through the long life of my vehicle. I found the deal at RB Honda over Edmunds.com. at the end of December. I completed most of the deal via email which was the most expeditious for me and I appreciated the dealership's flexibility in allowing of December. Valerie Jackson was my sales person at the dealership and was very responsive whenever I communicated with her and was very gracious. I was pleased with the deal offered by RB Honda. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their approach to customer service which is to create a total customer service environment with wrap around services, that I hope will prove true. There was a mix up at the dealership and they prepared the wrong color car for me to pick up which was very disconcerting. They made it right a few days later and were very apologetic and did enough research to know that I was not the one who suddenly changed my mind at the last minute. I had purchased the all season mats for the car and need to have the driver's mat replaced since it is a 2013 and does not fit the 2014 Honda civic. The dealership is supposed to contact me when that is available. While I am new to the RB Honda experience, I am looking forward to doing continued business with the dealership. More

I set up a tentative time to meet with Rick to go over in more detail what I was looking for and what vehicles I might be interested in. It was a good experience and through Rick's questions he was able to assist me in determining what vehicles I wanted (in my case a CR-V or an Accord). Ultimately I went with the Accord. We have worked through one issue that we've had and Rick has done a wonderful job of helping me get the best outcome . I highly recommend when you go to RB Honda that you look up Rick "G". More

I also let Geri know via email what I expected to get for my trade-in. My shopping experience at Richfield Bloomington Honda was my best ever. We quickly agreed on terms and within a few hours, I was on my way. Everyone I met was friendly, kind, and helpful. Also, I love my new car. The Honda CR-V just keeps getting better and better. It is a great car for an active lifestyle while also one of the safest on the road today. More
