In May of 2009, my Mazda was going to cost more to fix than it was worth, so I drove down to RBHonda. I met Brian Kelly who went the extra mile for me to get me into not only A car, but a NEW car, at pay than it was worth, so I drove down to RBHonda. He even drove to my house to pick me up (since I had no car that was road worthy at the time) and drive me back down to the dealership to pick up my 2009 Honda Civic. Fast forward to November 2013. My 2009 Civic needed an oil change, so while I was waiting for it to be serviced, I decided to say, "Hello" to Brian as I have on many service visits. Brian asked if I was ready for the new 2013 Civic. I had checked with him in June and I couldn't put the money together. Brian said, "Let me go to work for you." He did and before my oil change was done, he had magically figured an affordable way for me to get into a new 2013 Civic. It is a lease, which I have never done before, but both Brian and Jay Horn explained the benefits of leasing to me. I have a great new car from a dealership with which I have had a four and a half year relationship, all good. I know that Brian will always answer my calls and guide me through even my naive questions about my car. It's nice to find a car dealership in which you do feel like a valued customer.
