Our lease on our 2011 CRV was scheduled to be up in September and Fred indicated he wanted to discuss options with us. We had planned to buy the CRV after the lease was up like we have with our other September and Fred indicated he wanted to discuss options with us. We had planned to buy the CRV after the lease was up like we have with our other Hondas. Fred was able to show us how we could exchange it now for a new CRV and it would be a better deal than buying the 2011. He worked the best deal he could which was great for us. He had the car we wanted available and showed us how to operate everything. We have a lot of fun with Fred when we meet with him as he is very personable. Very professional, not pushy and very results oriented. This was our fifth Honda and second from Fred and Richfield/Bloomington Honda. More
