On Monday, September 25, I took my 2014 Honda CR-V to Richfield Bloomington Honda for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing and a multipoint inspection. I have bought my Hondas (7) from RBH and have always had them serviced there as well. I’m told I could have service provided at less expense elsewhere and that could be possible, but I choose to have the feeling of confidence and security that RBH provides to me. also I get fantastic service. That fantastic service continued this week, provided by Wali Ismail, my Service Advisor. Wali advised that the inspection indicated the need for immediate replacement of a HEPA filter and future replacement of rear brake linings. He was able to arrange for both of these jobs to be completed while I waited. I greatly appreciated Wali’s attention to my needs and to my convenience in being able to provide these services in this one visit even though it required additional time in the service schedule. I also thank Prince Grear, technician, for his work on my car. Thank you, Richfield Bloomington Honda for having Wali Ismail on your service staff. He was excellent and follows a long line of service advisors that I have come to know and respect at RBH. Wali is a young man whom I expect to see there for a long time, because he fits well into the BRH service history. More
