My vehicle was ready for the annual maintenance but I did not go in right away. A week later I received an additional maintenence code B1 that required additional maintenance. Service Advisor Wali informed m not go in right away. A week later I received an additional maintenence code B1 that required additional maintenance. Service Advisor Wali informed me that if the B1 code did not come up they not have been prompted to do the further maintenance and that would have been missed. I am happy that waited to go in because all issues were able to be addressed at once. Thank you Wali for assistance, your paid attention to detail and completed all that needed to be done thoroughly. I appreciated that even though that meant my vehicle had to stay overnight which was compensated with a complimentary vehicle that my son loved. Excellent work! More
