I bought my car from this dealership in August of 2020, within the first year I've brought it back 5 or 6 times to be fixed... This car had less than 85,000 miles on it. What happened to the 125 point chec within the first year I've brought it back 5 or 6 times to be fixed... This car had less than 85,000 miles on it. What happened to the 125 point check? Worst experience! Car had 1300 miles on in a year. My go-to garage discovered an oil leak on engine seal. The first full day they had the car, they managed to put dye in the oil. After 6 hours with no go-to garage discovered an oil leak on engine seal. The first full day they had the car, they managed to put dye in the oil. After 6 hours with no vehicle, I had to call for a status. Devon said there was no leak. I asked for the manager. Chris said there was a leak, but they needed me to drive it 100 miles, then return it for more testing. Took it on an unnecessary jaunt, then called for next appt. They had the car for 8 hours. When I called for status, I was told they didn't have anyone available to work on it, but they would get to it first thing in the morning. Now they claim there is no leak and the factory must have over filled it. I drove it over a year. I know it only has 1300 miles, but it's not fresh from the factory! The visible oil around the seal is NOT RIGHT. They kept changing their story, never found the cause of the leak, and now blame the factory. Gee, why don't I trust them? I see others comments about long wait times. Really? Try 3 days! Some people commented how they were kept informed. Really? I had to call both times for a status. They are corporate grease xxxxxxx who seriously need to review their procedures for allowing service appointments for volumes they have no ability to deal with. I will NEVER bring my car to this service department again! More
