Worst experience I had at this location. Never go to this for your car service. Service is slow, rate is high, not done on time even having appointment set and not all the services done that they promised wh for your car service. When I called costumer service about this they promised service department manager will return my call, no calls made after waiting for two days. I just gave up and chose not to deal with them anymore. I paid service that was not provided and waited extra long to get my car done still calling and dealing with them causing my time too. So better not to deal with them it’s just a waste of time and money. More

I came in for a recall repair on my 2013 Honda Accord. I booked an 8 am appointment and was told on the phone that the repair would take 1-2 hours, so I planned on waiting. When I arrived for the appointme booked an 8 am appointment and was told on the phone that the repair would take 1-2 hours, so I planned on waiting. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that it would take longer then that and that the call center was often giving out inaccurate information. I was offered a ride home in their courtesy vehicle. I never heard from them again, so I called them at 5:15 pm. I was told that my car was not finished. The service rep that checked my car in finally texted me after I texted him and left him a voicemail. He told me that my car was ready and he’d send the courtesy car back and it would be at my house close to 6:30 pm. I waited until 7:15 and called again and they had forgotten me. They did send a vehicle that got me to the dealership at exactly 8 pm, an hour after the service department had closed and twelve hours after my scheduled appointment. More

The service agent gave me a free loaner so I could go about my day’s t service agent. One mistake was made by the technician while servicing my car. I was disappointed to have misunderstood the service agent when I thought he was going to reduce my bill by the cost of mounting the tires (since the tires were mistakenly mounted to the wrong wheels). When it came time to pay the bill, he told me he wouldn’t do so. More
