I scheduled service when code indicator in car showed it was time. Easy to schedule by phone. Service rep in dealership was clear about estimated time. They just went ahead with the service without my consent since I had someone else brought in my vehicle for regular maintenance. The service advisor Shelly was horrible and her manager Anthony sided with her when I spoke to him. No apology, nothing. Poor customer service, especially coming from a so called manager. More
