Very accommodating! I left my car there when I went out of town for a work trip. I was supposed to pick up on Friday. My flight was delayed and I would not get to the dealership until 6:15 (they close at 6 on Fridays). I called them from the airport and they were willing to wait for me so i could pick up my car and have it for the weekend. They are very thorough in their communications, do great work and I would highly recommend! More
Very comfortable, customer service oriented experience! the waiting room is newly updated as is the entire dealership. I'm not used to seeing a little café but it was a nice surprise. This particular visit was estimated for 1.5 hours but took 2. On a previous visit it was supposed to take 1 hour and took 2. And after that visit I had to come back earlier than expected because my break pads were not installed correctly and wore out after just over 2 weeks. This problem was never addressed. More

When I arrived, Greg had done the research and was well prepared. He showed me a few options which all met my needs in different ways and allowed me to decide which option was the best fit. I ended up with exactly what I needed for a price that was comfortable. All through the process, I felt that everyone at RB Honda actually listened to me and worked to meet my needs. That includes Greg, Chip in finance and even Matt, the Manager. We are very pleased with our CRV and with the experience of working with your team. More
