Very comfortable, customer service oriented experience! the waiting room is newly updated as is the entire dealership. I'm not used to seeing a little café but it was a nice surprise. Overall a great experience In general rob Honda does a great job. The one issue I have had is extra long wait times for work to be completed. This particular visit was estimated for 1.5 hours but took 2. On a previous visit it was supposed to take 1 hour and took 2. And after that visit I had to come back earlier than expected because my break pads were not installed correctly and wore out after just over 2 weeks. This problem was never addressed. More
