We needed to upgrade our Odyssey and Bob, Melissa, and Matt really focused on the needs to ensure all party needs could be met. Outside of the needs, the car shopping process can be a struggle with two working parents and two toddlers involved. The entire staff did an excellent job expediting the process while also catering to our schedules and two toddlers climbing in and out of the showroom cars. Not once did we feel devalued or "in the way". I also want to mention Blake Simmons outstanding service walking us through the financial process. More

Reliable ExpertiseI We have bought two Honda FITS through your dealership and always use your service department because it is excellent. We originally brought our old Honda Civic in because of an intermittent problem with its starting. We had spent over $1000 with local mechanics to try to correct the problem. Your serviceman, I think his name was Don Leatherman, or something like that), was able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly in one visit. That sold us on Richfield Bloomington Honda. We particularly like dealing with Jason in the Service Department because he explains the services quite clearly, and we trust his advice completely. He is an asset to your business. We dealt with Carmen in purchasing our FITS; I am sorry she moved to Arizona. I am trying to talk my husband into buying a larger vehicle now that we are grandparents, but he is resisting. Any advice for me? More

I found working with Ron and Blake to be very professional, upfront and informative about all aspects of the buying process. The only complaint I have is that when it came time to do the paperwork and get the car, it took much longer than I anticipated. Otherwise, my experience was wonderful and I drove away in a car that I wanted, with the extras I wanted and at a price I am very satisfied with. RB Honda Service department I have used this dealership the last 8 years for all of our vehicle servicing needs. I have two Honda's and have felt the only place to take them was I have used this dealership the last 8 years for all of our vehicle servicing needs. I have two Honda's and have felt the only place to take them was to RB for both service and repairs. I have always been very happy with how I have been treated, especially Randy (service Advisor) who I have used exclusively for last 6 years. The other advisors are great as well, I just really like working with Randy. More
Intentional Warranty Service Denial This is a long review, I recommend reading this honest review before choosing to visit this dealership. I came in to Richfield Bloomington Honda wi This is a long review, I recommend reading this honest review before choosing to visit this dealership. I came in to Richfield Bloomington Honda with a simple complaint that my rear seats were not folding down and that I would like to get that fixed. Due to the fact that my car is a 2015 model with only 9,000 miles a repair such as the one I was looking to get done would be fully covered by Honda's bumper to bumper warranty. The mechanic realizing this was quick to tell me that their was nothing wrong with my folding seats and that all I would have to do is have two people present or lay down INSIDE my trunk and pull the lever while simultaneously pulling down the seats. To be honest I thought this was a joke at first but my Honda's advisor and the mechanic assured me that this is the way that Honda set up the car. Only after I asked for the manager and asked them to explain how on Honda's website where it says "One touch easy folding seats" did they mean that I would have to climb into my trunk and multi task in order to get my seats down, did the mechanic then finally admit that this was a factory defect and that he would order the necessary part the next day. For all my troubles Richfield Bloomington Honda offered me a free stone shield installation. When I came in for my appointment I was quoted a time of roughly 2-3 hours for the installation since I arrived on time to my appoitment. It has currently been 5.5 hours (I'm writing this review from Richfield Bloomington Honda's lobby) and they have not even began installation of the rock shield. This is the sort of behavior I would expect from some unofficial family owned garage and not Richfield Bloomington Honda. I don't believe anyone whom has just bought a car from a dealership should have to put up with something like this, especially seeing that I bought the car from Richfield Bloomington Honda. I would recommend to go else. More
