Great Service Had some dissatisfaction with the dealership regarding some service that wasn't done completely to my satisfaction. I was under one impression that s Had some dissatisfaction with the dealership regarding some service that wasn't done completely to my satisfaction. I was under one impression that some scratches on the tail gate of my 2014 Honda would be painted over. It appeared that my salesman had talked it over with the 'detail man' and he would take care of it. Obviously some mis-communication took place because when I picked up the car, the scratches had been buffed out but we're still visible. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the sales manager asked that I bring the car in and that the scratches would be removed by painting the whole tail gate. Not only did they do good work but also provided me with a free rental car over the day and a half that they did the work! Again---GREAT SERVICE! Thank you! More
