Kevin worked extra hard to get me the highest value for my trade and gave me a very fair price on my new Odyssey and accessories. In addition to his ability to cut to the chase to get a deal done, it's sometimes the small stuff that keeps me loyal to Kevin - the fact that he remembers so many details of my family life and interests prove he actually works to build relationships rather than transaction numbers. I've never known him to be negative in any way and he faces his health struggles with grace and humor. I value that he speaks highly of his own family and is always ready to show me photos or videos of his kids engaged in sports. This guy is a salesperson and I mean that in the most respectful way - he's passionate about his product, his dealership and his customers. If more dealerships would employ "Kevins" and train their salespeople to care as much as he does about the person rather than the deal I'm guessing public perception of the industry would improve dramatically. What a great car buying experience with Ashley! Just got my 3rd CRV! I wasn't going to get another because I thought this time around I would get a luxury SUV. Well after driving the Mercedes and some others I looked at Honda last. The new model is awesome and feels like a luxury SUV. Ashley was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. We never felt like we were being pushed into purchasing a vehicle from them just so they could make a sale. Bill Foye worked with us to make sure we got the right vehicle for us. Due to lower lumbar issues, we had to try a number of vehicles to find just the right one with the perfect seats. And we found it in a 2014 CRV EX L. It's like the seats were made for someone like me with the lumbar issues. Bill listened to our needs and worked with us to make sure they were met. Even though they were busy, we never felt rushed. He made us feel like we were his only clients. I come from a Chrysler family but I think we are now a Honda family! You can't go wrong with this dealership and Bill.
