Not our first Honda from RB Honda and not our last It was time to replace my wife's car and after not owning a Honda for 3 years wanted to look at the updated 2015 CR-V. RB Honda wasn't the first deal It was time to replace my wife's car and after not owning a Honda for 3 years wanted to look at the updated 2015 CR-V. RB Honda wasn't the first dealer we looked at (that would have been Walser who made it perfectly clear their price was THE price) but it was the last. After stopping at Burnsville Honda right at close I decided to email RB Honda along with two others. Jeremy Miner sent me a price quote that was better than Walser's one price option (by a significant amount) and asked if we'd be stopping in. When we got there on a busy Saturday afternoon Jeremy was with a customer but Val greeted us at the door. After I told her I was there to see Jeremy she told me she'd get me set up with a test vehicle and was off to get everything together. By the time we got back from our test drive Jeremy met us in the lot and we chatted models and settled on a EX-L which while not the model I'd emailed on was priced equally as good as the EX. We also received what I consider top value on our trade. Process was painless and everyone we worked was fantastic. This is our second Honda from RB Honda and while I'm always going to shop dealers I see no reason why we won't be back for our next. Thanks for a great car buying experience. More
Great Experience Start To Finish I was shopping around for a 2015 Honda CRV, and from the moment I got Neng Lee on the phone at RB Honda, the customer service experience exceeded expe I was shopping around for a 2015 Honda CRV, and from the moment I got Neng Lee on the phone at RB Honda, the customer service experience exceeded expectations. I had several questions which Neng looked into for me, and then called me back promptly. RB Honda gave me the best price, beating Walser and two other dealers. Neng had the add-ons installed on the car within a few hours, even though one part was not in stock at RB at the time of my call. When we came in to the dealership, Neng took time with us, showed us how everything worked, and was as friendly and calm as anyone could be. It wasn't until we were ready to go in to talk to the financing department that he let us know that his wife was literally about to go into the hospital to deliver their baby. Neng left for the hospital, and we had a low-pressure, smooth experience with financing. I couldn't recommend RB Honda and Neng more highly. Neng followed up with a call a few days after our purchase. They had a baby girl. More

He guided us through the different years and trims for the CRV and never pressured us but was a great resource. Matt M. chatted with us when Fred was lining up our car and Jay helped us with financing and both of them were also nice and engaging when we had questions. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they happened to have the specific color and trim in stock the day we made our decision to buy but we were fine waiting a week to get the car. More

I came into the car dealership skeptical: they won't tell me what I want to hear, they will just sell me on what they think everyone wants to here, they will push the sell on me, etc. Working with Kevin DeCaluwe was a pleasure, his friendliness and level of customer service is above any other experience. At first, I thought that this was just a facade just to get me to like as a salesman. Whatever it is, it worked. He was friendly to the family, respectful, always following up through text messages days and weeks after purchase. He really wants the customer to be happy with the purchase. During the purchase, he made it painless and kept a lookout so that I could get the best price, deal, rebates, and that the car was a right fit. He even goes out of his way to make sure that he is portraying a good image of himself and representing RB Honda well. An example of this: I went out of town and had no one to take me to the airport/watch my car. He came took my car out of long-term parking, gave it a wash, parked it in his garage (there were heavy storms rolling through), and took care of coordinating the logistics of my travel. Without a doubt, I WILL be back! So will the FRIENDS AND FAMILY! Truly an experience that I thought was dead customer service. More

Excellent New Car Sales Experience I was looking for a CR-V. I have already owned 2 CR-Vs and wanted to look at new one. I also was planning on looking at a Ford Escape. I spoke with I was looking for a CR-V. I have already owned 2 CR-Vs and wanted to look at new one. I also was planning on looking at a Ford Escape. I spoke with Kevin DeCaluwe about a new CR-V. We went for a test drive. I did let Kevin know that I was also looking at an Escape. There was no pressure sale to stay with Honda. Kevin wanted to make sure that I was getting the best car for me. After I went to a Ford Dealer, drove an Escape, and talked to their sales people, I chose to come back to Honda. While I liked the Escape better than expected, it was more expensive than the CR-V. Kevin was open and honest with his communication and again wanted my car buying experience to be awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I have been extremely happy with my decision and am anxiously awaiting my new 2015 CR-V! More
