Along the way I've also gotten friends and my parents to buy there. Now I'm after that new 2015 Fit, they somehow made it even better. I walked in the door and saw Kevin, who I've worked with in the past. A great guy, and a straight shooter. He treats everybody like they're his family. In fact, he's even introduced me to his wife and children. Lawyers, politicians, and car salespeople, don't trust them. :) Well, sorry to break the stereotype, but this is one car salesperson that will treat you right and not try to milk every last penny out of you. Pay a little more for original parts, but labor is competitively priced and you know it's going to get done right. Most recently, I had a battery problem with my new Civic. They could never replicate the problem in the shop, even after they'd come to my house and jump the car. Because they couldn't replicate the problem, Honda wouldn't cover it, so Randy swapped my battery out with one of the new loaners on the lot and that took care of the problem. More

I was referred by my cousin who has worked with Kevin for many years and gave him great reviews. From our first conversation he was very friendly, genuinely kind, understanding, and helpful. Kevin is very knowledgeable when it comes to selling cars and his willingness to help me smoothed my doubts. Throughout the process he walked me through my options and let me decide what was best without being pushy or aggressive. He worked with me and answered all my questions whenever I asked, even when he was busy he would call me back in a timely manner. He reassured me he was willing to work with me no matter how long it took. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they feel comfortable with their new purchase. New CRV Purchase I needed to replace my 6 year old minivan. The kids are going to college and I don't need that much car. I looked at the CRV and it is basically my I needed to replace my 6 year old minivan. The kids are going to college and I don't need that much car. I looked at the CRV and it is basically my Odyssey minivan without a row of seats. It drives just as smoothly and I have a very front seat roomy ride. I went back and forth about which model to get and Val was super supportive with every change and adjustment. I think I have every pricing combination possible. I picked the car up last week. I feel very confident that I got an excellent price without having to haggle. I looked at other Honda dealerships and no one -even with their "this is my very special best price - I am losing money deal" - was better than Richfield. This is our 5th car (1 used and 4 new) purchased from RBH over the past 9 years. We may check other places but we buy and service our cars here. More

New Honda Civic I very recently replaced my 1999 Honda Civic with a 2014 Civic. I started my search for a new car at other dealerships as I initially was interested I very recently replaced my 1999 Honda Civic with a 2014 Civic. I started my search for a new car at other dealerships as I initially was interested in the Mazda3. (Turns out that as nice as the Mazda3 is, it is number #1 for rust--not good in Minnesota!) Ended up at Richfield Bloomington as the other dealerships were pushing cars that had been on the lot a long time. If I was going to spend money on a new car, I actually wanted a "new" car. RB Honda was the first dealership to actually look up online whether new cars were coming. I had also purchased my 1999 from RB and had a good experience. I was never pushed into the transaction and the entire experience was very positive. Bill answered all my questions and was very patient showing me all the new features, which I am not used to. I would/will come back but as I take care of my cars, car shopping is a rare event for me. More

The sales associate, Paul, was very friendly and easy to work with - at no point I had a very good experience at RB Honda in purchasing a used Civic. The sales associate, Paul, was very friendly and easy to work with - at no point was he overbearing, or tell me "I know this is the car for you!" like you get from some car salesmen - he gave me the space to make my own decisions and answered any questions I had, while maintaining a very fun, casual dialogue with my family and I during our test drive. When it came time to make the purchase, he and the dealership were more than willing to work with me on the final details and make sure the car was in top condition upon my leaving. When determining any financing or service packages, Chip was also very honest and easy to talk to and work with, and helped me find the right package to meet my final needs. I left RB Honda feeling those two were invested in not only my car, but what I was looking for, and thus I would recommend RB Honda to anyone looking to make an automobile purchase. Thanks! More
